LSI Conflict™
A customised application of the Life Styles Inventory™ (LSI),
LSI Conflict is a confidential self-assessment that helps people analyze and
understand whether their thinking and behaviour helps or blocks their ability to
deal constructively with conflict situations.

Feedback Provided: The LSI Conflict self-description inventory measures 12 specific conflict resolution styles—including those that are constructive and support the achievement of “win-win” results as well as those that are Defensive and lead to suboptimal results. The Self-Development Guide includes a Self-Improvement Planner to help individuals formulate goals and enhance their conflict styles.
Presentation of Results: On a modified version of the
circumplex, specific to conflict-management styles, normed on the basis
of 9,000 respondents

Research shows that the LSI Conflict styles are related to quality of interpersonal relations and solution quality in group-problem solving exercises.
