Building on the Life Styles Inventory™ (LSI), LWS helps self-motivated leaders strengthen thinking and behavioural styles that promote their effectiveness and moderate styles that prevent them from realizing their potential. LWS provides rich, detailed information that can motivate, guide and track the progress of leadership-development initiatives.

Presentation of Results: A comprehensive, personalised feedback report that includes circumplexes, interpretations of self and others’ perceptions, spread of opinion profile, suggestions for development, and comments from others
