LSI Stylus offers individuals guided tour in strengthening thinking and behavioural styles that promote effectiveness and moderate styles that prevent them from realising their potential. Stylus feedback provides personalised, invaluable and otherwise unavailable information that can motivate, guide and track the progress of self-development initiatives.

Feedback Provided: Comprehensive, candid, and personalised feedback report containing Self (LSI Stylus 1) and Others’ (LSI Stylus 2) reports on personal orientations (Constructive, Passive/Defensive, and Aggressive/Defensive) and 12 specific thinking and behavioural styles associated with these orientations

Presentation of Results: The LSI Stylus uses LSI 1 and/or 2 results to create a customised feedback report that provides participants with frank and direct insights into their combination of styles. Results are displayed on the circumplex, normed on the basis of 9,000 respondents, supported by interpretive text.

Associated Outcomes: Research shows that the LSI styles are related to various indicators of individual effectiveness including quality of interpersonal relations, openness to feedback, stress, salary, and organizational level.
